Carmen has been teaching instrumental music for the past 15 years. He has taught for the Toronto District School Board at Albert Campbell C.I. and R.H. King Academy. He currently teaches at White Oaks Secondary School in Oakville Ontario. He is also available for private clarinet instruction.
