Carmen has experience conducting both large and small groups, both winds and strings. He conducts the White Oaks Secondary School Concert Band. This group competes regularly at the Musicfest competitions and has been invited to perform at the national level for the past six years. Carmen is assistant conductor with the Brampton Symphony Orchestra and Brampton Youth Orchestra. He has conducted the Halton Senior Winds Showcase Band for the past two years.
